Fuji no Irodori (Color of Wisteria)
This commemorative shochu celebrates the ten-year anniversary of the Kasukabe Chamber of Commerce. It is a honkaku-grade shochu that gets its color from flower yeasts taken from park’s wisteria trees. Available in both barley and rice varieties. Sold only in Kasukabe City. You can’t get this shochu anywhere else!
